Finders Keepers is a real-world treasure hunt. We hide a cash prize somewhere in the local area and release a series of clues to help people find it.

Purchase the clue pack, follow the hints, and if you're the first to locate the prize — it's yours.

How much is the prize?

Each hunt has a fixed cash prize, clearly shown before you purchase the clues.

For the current hunt the prize is £200.

How much do the clues cost?

The clue pack costs £5 and gives you access to the clues for the current treasure hunt.

Once purchased, you'll receive the clues instantly as a downloadable PDF.

Is the prize actually hidden?

Yes. The prize is physically hidden in advance before the clues are released.

We want this to be a genuine treasure hunt — not a raffle or prize draw.

Where is the treasure hidden?

The treasure is hidden somewhere in the general area referenced by the clues.

You won't need to travel long distances or go anywhere unsafe. The location will always be in a publicly accessible place.

Do I need special equipment?

No.

All you need is:

• The clue pack
• A phone or map
• A bit of patience and curiosity

Can I search as a team?

Absolutely.

You're welcome to search alone or in groups. Just remember that the prize goes to the person or team who physically finds it first.

How do I claim the prize?

When you find the hidden prize, follow the instructions inside the container and contact us.

We'll verify the find and arrange payment of the prize.

What happens once the treasure is found?

As soon as the prize has been claimed we will announce it on the website and social channels.

The hunt will then be closed, and we'll start preparing the next one.

What if I buy the clues after the treasure has already been found?

We do our best to update the website immediately once the treasure is discovered.

If the hunt has already ended, the clue pack will no longer be available to purchase.

Is the hunt suitable for children?

Yes, but children should always be accompanied by an adult when searching.

Are there any places I shouldn't search?

Yes. The treasure will never be hidden:

• On private property
• In dangerous locations
• Underground or buried
• Somewhere that requires digging, climbing, or trespassing

If a place feels unsafe or inappropriate to search, it isn't the right spot.

How difficult are the clues?

The clues are designed to be challenging but solvable.

Some information in the clue pack may be misdirection, so careful reading and a bit of lateral thinking will help.

Can I get a refund if I don't find the treasure?

No.

Purchasing the clues gives you access to the challenge of solving the puzzle. Finding the treasure is not guaranteed.

Will there be more hunts?

Yes.

Finders Keepers is designed to run multiple treasure hunts, each with new clues and new prizes.

How do I know this isn't a scam?

Fair question.

We will always:
