Finders Keepers – The Common-Sense Rules

This is meant to be a bit of fun. A few puzzles, a small prize, and an excuse to explore the local area. Please play in the spirit intended so we can keep running future hunts with bigger prizes.

• No Trespassing. The prize is not on private land and is somewhere publicly accessible. If it looks like you are somewhere you shouldn't be, you're in the wrong place.

• Don't Break or Disturb Anything. You will not need to dig, climb, dismantle, damage, or move anything. Leave everything exactly as you find it.

• Use Common-Sense. You will not be required to do anything dangerous. Don't take risks, enter water, climb things, or put yourself in harm's way. Your safety is your responsibility.

• Be Decent to Each Other. If multiple people arrive at the same spot, behave like adults. No arguments, pushing, or racing dangerously. First person to find and secure the prize wins.

• Don't Ruin the Game. Please don't share or publicly spoil clues. Keep the spirit of the game in mind – this only works if people support it properly.

• Respect the Area. No vandalism, littering or disturbing wildlife or property. We want to be able to run these hunts again without upsetting anyone.

• The Prize. The first person to find the prize and follow the instructions with it is the winner.

• If Something Goes Wrong. If the prize is lost, removed by a third party, damaged, or the hunt becomes unsafe or impractical to continue, the organiser reserves the right to cancel or reset the hunt.
